Complaints over delivery of electricity bills

Delivery of mail to our consumers is done by PTT.

If the delivery of the electricity bill fails, information on the reasons for this as well as the requirement for repeated delivery can be made in the following ways:

  • in  person, at the counter of the Electric Power Distribution, in the Consumer Centre or an office;
  • in written form to the appropriate adress, depending on the place of consumption, with remark: Complaints over delivery of electricity bills
